Kenting "VW Like" Hello Kitty and Surf vans. There are many vans all over Taiwan painted to look like VW vans. Southern Area, Taiwan.

We also saw many dogs riding on scooters like the one in this photo. This was the only photo we were able to take as scooters with dogs are much more difficult to capture as they are usually speeding past. Southern Area, Taiwan.

Plastic cockroaches in one of their many vending machines. We did see several live cockroaches (exactly like these) crawling in the streets. Western Area, Taiwan.

Breast Touching Lane, the narrowest alley in Lukang. Named from the fact that a man could not pass a woman down the narrow inner passageway without her breasts brushing against him. A true gentleman would always wait for a lady to pass first. Western Area, Taiwan.
